This theme is divided into three different parts. Each part contains different actions.
Actionplans for species and habitats
The first part focuses on the production of management plans for certain types of habitats and the production of species protection programmes (or SPP’s). These SPP’s are being made for specific species as mentioned in the ‘Prioritised Action Framework or PAF.
Management plans per area
In the second part there is the screening of management plans specific for a certain area and the updating of these management plans.
Defragmentation on the agenda
The third part aims for the defragmentation of the green landscape. This focuses on the implementation of measures and tools to improve connectivity.
